Made some quick & simple GF waffles today thanks to a recipe from @Pookachu_
Ingredients
- 2x large eggs
- 56g Soft cream cheese
- 4tbsp almond flour
- 1tbsp melted butter
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- ½tsp baking powder

Method
- Pre-heat waffle maker at High
- Put all ingredients into a blender; blend well
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per waffle
