Cooking: GF waffles

Made some quick & simple GF waffles today thanks to a recipe from @Pookachu_


Ingredients

  • 2x large eggs
  • 56g Soft cream cheese
  • 4tbsp almond flour
  • 1tbsp melted butter
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • ½tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Pre-heat waffle maker at High
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender; blend well
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes per waffle

End result

They worked well, but I’m not sure I’ll have them again given the calorie count they have!
